About Jenny Mason

Jenny Mason is an experienced litigator and firmly believes that people make mistakes, but everyone deserves a second chance. The justice system can strip people of the opportunity to grow from their mistakes if they don’t have a knowledgeable and passionate criminal defense lawyer.

Jenny has acted as lead counsel in countless criminal and civil matters and has tried cases in both State and Federal Court. She has appeared and argued in front of the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the 11th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. Jenny is proud to have represented indigent clients for many years as a senior staff attorney in the complex case division of the Fulton County Public Defender’s Office from 2001-2007. Throughout her career as a trial lawyer, Jenny has successfully defended charges of murder, sex crimes, armed robbery, drug trafficking and other complex felony cases. Jenny also has significant experience in personal injury law, immigration matters/, and collections.

Jenny received her juris doctorate degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1994. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Spanish in 1991. Although a native of North Carolina, she has lived in Georgia for twenty eight years, and now considers the metro area home. She lives with her family in the East Cobb area, and practices in all courts in and around Atlanta.
